Booking require full payment prior to the Adventure. This will be conducted through the bookings site.

We may be able to arrange an alternative to the Adventure without missing out on any of the fun.

For your safety, it is required that you adhere to the clothing requirements (long sleeve top, long pants, socks and enclosed shoes) during the e-bike ride. Adventure Tasmania will provide additional safety gear such as helmets, gloves and knee/elbow pads.

Adventure Tasmania reserves the right to alter or cancel any Adventure prior and during the event for any reason including injury, adverse right or weather. In the unlikely event that Adventure Tasmania cancels your Adventure, you will be notified and given the opportunity to transfer to another Adventure (or receive a full refund).

Any cancellation within seven (7) days of the Adventure date will result in a 50% refund. No refund will be given for cancellations less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the Adventure departure or if you are not present for departure.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable. You may use a gift voucher on any Adventure Tasmania product.

Adventure Tasmania does not take responsibility for any damage to cameras or other personal items whilst participating on an Adventure.

Adventure Tasmania takes all reasonable precautions possible to secure your credit card details and to protect that information from misuse or loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. We do not share this information with any third party, and we will not identify your credit card details to any organisation or individual other than the clearance organisation.

Your details will only be used for the purpose for which you have provided them and will not be distributed to others, unless agreed to by you. We will not disclose individually identifiable information to any third party for any purposes. Your e-mail address, name and any other personal details you may provide will not be passed on or sold to any company for any reason. Adventure Tasmania may share general information about our customers with third parties, however this data will be collated into aggregate totals and will not contain any details which could help identify specific individuals.
